Vida Festival: From Vilanova to the World

Our collaboration with Vida Festival began with the goal of studying key insights from its digital assets that had a direct impact on decision-making. To achieve this, we implemented a methodology based on three key pillars: data collection and organization, detailed analysis of results, and the generation of actionable insights.

The first step was to gather all available data on ticket sales, including historical information, real-time purchasing patterns, and statistics provided by ticketing platforms. We structured this data into a unified and accessible system, allowing us to gain a comprehensive and clear view of consumer behavior. Once the data was collected, we analyzed it to identify key trends and generate strategic actions.

This information also served as a foundation for the marketing team to define their strategy and establish a clear action plan.
